The mission of the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta is to witness to the transforming power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to connect and empower congregations in their local and global ministries.

The Presbytery of Greater Atlanta consists of over 100 congregations and over 46,000 members spanning 20 counties including rural, urban, and suburban areas of Georgia.

Our site has been structured to meet the needs of the members and staff in our congregations. However, we also invite anyone who is interested in finding out more information about us, our Presbyterian churches, or our upcoming events to explore this web site.

In an effort to document your response and assistance efforts, please share with our office the agency you are working with, the number of volunteer hours, and the type of assistance provided. The Presbytery of Greater Atlanta would like to share this information on our website, at each stated meeting, and with the national office.
